Just Add Scraps Layout

TS Feb Card Kit

Here are a few cards I made using the Treasured Scrapbooking February Card kit. The card kit included some yummy Fancy Pants papers, cardstock tags and Queen & Co brads and Scenic Route rubons and ribbons. The kit is already sold out, but you still have time to reserve a card kit for March.

Love Is In the Air Cyber Crop at TS

We are having a cyber crop at Treasured Scrapbooking. Put this on your calendar and come by and play.

Here is what Leslie has to say about it.
"Just wanted to make sure everyone knew the details for the Cyber Crop this weekend. It will start at 6pm (EST) on Friday, February 22 and go through 11pm (EST) on Saturday, February 23. You will have until midnight (EST) on Sunday, February 24 to upload any of the challenge projects to be eligible for any of the prizes including the Cyber Crop grand prize drawn from all the entries. Treasured Scrapbooking Layout and Altered Project

It's February 15th, so now I get to share with you a few projects I made using the Treasured Scrapbooking February Kit #1. I had so much fun with this kit.

My first project is a layout of my cat Stuart. Isn't he cute!! Everything on this layout is included with the kit except for the two blue prima flowers.

My second project is a banner I made using the chipboard flower mini album that came with the kit. The crochet lace, pink ribbon and buttons are from my stash. I made the butterflies by using a Heidi Swapp butterfly mask (not inlcuded in kit) and cut out the shapes. If you would like to see a bigger picture of the banner, click here.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE!!

The kids and I had an awesome morning today. I got up early and fixed us our traditional Valentine's Day breakfast which consisted of Pink Waffles and Pancakes (yes both...LOL), Biscuits, Scrambled Eggs and Bacon and some chocolate milk. Everyone got up early this morning anticipating this yummy breakfast treat. It was so nice to sit with all kids and eat breakfast together for a change. It really is the little things that make our lives so wonderful.

Today at Treasured Scrapbooking we are surprising Sarah (one of our DT members) with a lift of one of her layouts. It was just a fun little project the Design Team decided to do this month. You can see Sarah's layout "Love You" here. I created my layout usinging Treasured Scrapbooking February Kit #1. I used a black and white pen from my stash for the doodling. Check back with me tomorrow for another layout and an altered project using this same kit.

LRS Challenge Layout

Here is a layout I created for challenge on Little Red Scrapbook. We had to create a layout using a word that describes us. I used the my word for the year "FOCUS". I used the January Little Red Scrapbook kit to create the layout. The little felt bird was handmade by Michelle. Isn't it the sweetest little thing!

I cut hand cut a couple of the flowers and layered them using foam dots to add a little dimension to the layout.

Treasured Scrapbooking Feb Kit #1

Here is a layout I created using the February Treasured Scrapbooking Kit #1. I really love the colors in the kit:

I mounted the photo with the blue frame and the butterfly on foam dots to add a little dimension. I also made the yellow yoyo flower with the yellow floral printed paper that came in the kit.
